Our first program focused on our relationship with Saudi Arabia.
Host Jim Falk was joined by Robert Jordan, U.S. Ambassador to Saudi Arabia during the two years following the September 11 attacks, and Gregory Gause, Professor of International Affairs at Texas A & M University’s Bush School of Government and Public Service.
Vince Poscente hosted two programs on resilience, one focusing on the science of resilience and how flourishing impacts GDP. He was joined by Michael Ungar, Ph.D., a professor at Dalhousie University, the head of the Resilience Centre and the author of Change Your World, and Dr. Andrew Nevin with the Brain Health Center at UT Dallas. Dr. Nevin is working in Nigeria with the International Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development.
Part two of the resilience program looked at individuals who overcame tremendous obstacles.
Captain Charlie J. Plumb, POW at the Hanoi Hilton for 6 plus years, Allison Massari, who survived a horrific car crash when the car exploded into flames, and W. Mitchell, burned in a motorcycle accident and then paralyzed from the waist down in an airplane accident
Today each one speaks to audiences all over the world on resilience and flourishing in spite of what circumstances may through your way.
The programs will air early this spring.
