In part One of this series, we focused on what ageism is, and the issues it causes in society.

In Part Two- we look at solutions. We discuss how we can, perhaps think differently and reframe our perspectives.

The goal, to have more openness, respect, and understanding for this issue.

Joining host Vince Poscente once again are:

Ashton Applewhite: amplifies the message regarding the damage that ageism is doing in our world today. She is an author of This Chair Rocks, A Manifesto Against Ageism.

We welcome back Louise Aronson, MD, a leading geriatrician, writer, educator, and professor of medicine at the University of California, San Francisco. She’s the author of the New York Times bestseller and Pulitzer Prize finalist – Elderhood

In the studio with us is Michelle Hough, an acclaimed HR professional. She brings a fresh perspective on recruitment, development, and retention of top talent, no matter what their age.

Also, joining us remotely is Julie Ober Allen, Ph.D., MPH, an assistant professor at the University Of Oklahoma. Her research seeks to better understand and address the complex issues surrounding stress and coping processes that contribute to disparities in chronic disease among older U.S. adults.
