Her work in the last 33 years as co-founder and executive producer of the McCuistion Program, has resulted in the McCuistion Television program ‘s 33-year success on North Texas PBS TV, the Metroplex’s longest running independent current affairs program.
Niki holds a BS in Psychology from Southern Methodist University, an MA from St. Mary’s University, in philanthropy and development, an MBA from the University of Dallas, in nonprofit leadership and governance and is a graduate of Coach University. She is a certified coach and CoreClarity facilitator. She holds a certified speaking professional designation (CSP), a designation held by fewer than 10% of professional speakers worldwide.
Niki has authored and co- authored several books on nonprofit leadership, coaching, and strategy; her newest work, The Nonprofit Guide to Social Enterprise: Show Me the Unrestricted Money.
She teaches strategy in the bi-annual UT Dallas Institute for Excellence in Corporate Governance.
In addition, she has served on numerous boards in a leadership position, from the Press Club of Dallas, The Association of Fund-Raising Professionals, The Worlds Affairs Council of Dallas/Ft. Worth, and the Social Enterprise Alliance of N. Texas.
