The workplace has dramatically shifted In the last three years, in part influenced by the pandemic. It’s introduced new ways of working, liberated workers from just the 9 to 5, the list goes on.
We see a shifting economic landscape, higher levels of stress, a new remote and hybrid work environment, smart machines, AI, a greater demand for digital dexterity, rising inequality, less engaged workers, and more women leaving the workforce.
The list goes on.
So how have these factors changed our workplace? And most importantly how will l today’s challenges influence the workplace, workers, and the economy tomorrow?
