Russ Vought is the Political Director for Heritage Action for America. He was formerly the Policy Director of the House Republican Conference, the caucus for all Republicans in the House of Representatives. Prior to joining the Conference, Mr. Vought served as the Executive Director of the Republican Study Committee, the conservative caucus in the House with over 100 Members. He graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in history and political science from Wheaton College (IL) in 1998, and a Juris Doctor from the George Washington University Law School in 2004.
